

The 2019 vintage of Between Five Bells White Wine Blend is the ninth release from B5B and uses Fiano (80%) as its base. This is split into two lots which are?fermented separately. The first lot is destemmed, gently pressed and fermented in foudre. The second is fermented on skins for 10-12 days. While the wine is naturally fermenting in the foudre, they introduce Pinot Gris, Riesling, Chardonnay & Pinot Noir juice at different stages as a way of increasing the natural silky mouth feel while maintaining fruit vibrancy.
