Located on an east facing slope, at an altitude of 350 metres, the elevated position ensures this vineyard performs well in warm vintages and is picked towards the end as it ripens slowly. Two thirds aged and fermented in wooden foudres, the rest in tank, this is a Macon of great elegance.
