This Blanco Tequila is made from 100% agave thatﾡﾯs allowed to grow for at least seven years. The agave hearts are treated to a long fermentation, and pot distilled before being rested briefly in oak barrels for some creamy vanilla notes. This is one of the only B Corp Certified tequilas on the market. On the nose expect lemongrass, mild floral elements, chamomile and light minerality. On the palate sweet agave and vanilla, with undertones of tropical and citrus fruit. The finish is ultra smooth with a bright and crispy finish, notes of almond, key lime pie, and toasted coconut.
