The Dopff au Moulin Crﾨﾦmant d'Alsace Cuvﾨﾦe Julien Brut NV is an award winning?dry and refreshing sparkling wine made by the traditional champagne method. A blend of 50% Auxerrois, which is a sibling grape variety of Chardonnay, mainly grown in Alsace, and 50% Pinot Blanc, the wine was aged for 18 months in bottle on lees with automatic riddling using gyro-pallets. Although labelled as non-vintage this Crﾨﾦmant d'Alsace is mostly based on a single vintage. Cuvﾨﾦe Julien is a dry and elegant Crﾨﾦmant, showing hints of quince and white flowers, fine bubbles with good length and weight.
