This award winning Manzanilla is produced using the traditional method of the Solera and Criadera system. The 'Deliciosa' Manzanilla is matured in Sanlﾨﾲcar de Barrameda, a town on the Atlantic coast, where the gentle sea breezes help to give this sherry a very dry, light, crisp and slightly salty flavour. Fresh and pungent to the nose it is pale golden in colour with a delicate yeasty, bready note on the nose, as well as a hint of flower blossom. On the palate it is very dry, crisp and fresh with a slightly saline finish.
