Grapes primarily consisting of Grenache, Cinsault, Vermentino, Syrah and Tibouren are sourced from some of the finest sites surrounding the La Motte en Provence region. Both the free-run and pressed juices are fermented in temperature controlled stainless-steel with bat?nnage taking place twice weekly.
