The Fattoria Le Pupille RosaMati is a rosﾨﾦ wine first produced by Elisabetta Geppetti in 2007. The name, Rosa Mati, recalls the beloved foremother, who, just like her, was deeply tied to the Maremma region and its land. RosaMati is a pure Syrah rosﾨﾦ of great elegance and character, the grapes for which come from a 2.5 hectare vineyard near the village of Magliano in Toscana. Bright coral pink colour it displays an elegant bouquet that opens up with delicate floral notes of carnation and wild rose followed by fragrant strawberry, red currant, and white pepper. A bright wine, balanced by a good structure and minerality, finishing on intense grapefruit and river pebbles.
