

Mastrojanni's Brunello di Montalcino is made from pure Sangiovese grown on the estates' own south-east facing vineyards. Aged for 36 months in various size Allier oak barrels and then a further 6 months rest in bottle prior to release, this is a?wine of great elegance. On the nose there are fragrances of plum and small berries, spicy nuances, touches of tobacco embellished with a hint of minerality. The palate offers a rich and thick texture, supported by a good acidity and elegant and dense tannins, which extend in a long finish.
