The C?te R?tie 'Blonde du Seigneur' is made from Syrah (97%) and a touch of Viognier (3%) sourced from mature vines (30+ years old) grown on the 'C?te Blonde' schist slopes of the C?te-R?tie appellation. The Blonde du Seigneur C?te R?tie is?the perfect blend of intensity and delicacy. Dark in colour with a mineral smoky nose of dark fruits, black olive and pepper all enhanced by a floral component brought by the addition of Viognier. This is a highly aromatic and elegant wine. Round with good structure and smooth, silky tannins, this wine has great finesse and a long, persistent finish.
