The Yves Cuilleron Gamay Les Vignes d'ﾨﾤ C?tﾨﾦ is 100% Gamay sourced from vines located on the Rh?ne Pilat plateau, an area rich in granatic and alluvial soil. In the vineyard treatments are limited as much as possible depending on the weather, no pesticides to preserve biodiversity and only organic fertilisers are used. Aged for 8 months in barrels, the colour is typical of Gamay, quite light and purplish. The nose is reminiscent of pink berries, wild strawberries, peony and violet leading onto a delicious palate.
