The Chateau Lﾨﾦoville Barton Grand Vin is a second growth cru classﾨﾦ from the Saint Julien appellation of Bordeaux. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (80%), Merlot (15%) and Cabernet Franc (5%), the wine?is aged for between 16 and 18 months in French oak barrels of which 60% are brand new.?Still quite closed but showing great promise of both fresh and preserved fruits. Tannin is present but not dominant so the wine will be enjoyable within about 10 years.
