A blend of Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes the wine undergoes six months ageing in second year French oak barrels. Dark ruby-red in colour, the Rﾨﾦserve du Couvent displays subtle fruit and spicy notes alongside wood and vanilla.
