Champagne Palmer La Rﾨﾦserve Non-Vintage is a charming, elegant and beautifully balanced Champagne, with a melange of refreshing citrus, pear and apricot complemented by discrete nuances of hazelnut and buttery brioche. Cellar master Xavier Berdin skillfully blends varieties, growths and reserve wines with harmony and passion, until the perfect balance is reached: the epitome of the Palmer & Co style. The grapes were carefully hand-harvested, and vinification took place in the traditional method. In the spirit of a perpetual, true reserve wine, this Chardonnay dominated blend was composed of a high proportion of reserve wines, typically between 30 to 40% from previous blends of La Rﾨﾦserve which contributes a rare fullness and maturity. This cuvﾨﾦe was matured for three to four years on the lees in bottle in the 18-metre-deep chalk cellars.
